SAFARI 2021

                                    What an adventurous weekend we had! 

To start off and set the theme, we made paper chain snakes. The snakes made appearances in unexpected places the next two days!

The safari hunters always enjoy a visit to t1he museum the university. It's free and air conditioned! It's a bonus if you get a picture with the leopards if your shirt matches!

Even the elevator is a wild adventure

After the museum we stopped at a water park for lunch and a cool down

Each hunter made a wild animal using plastic water bottles and tissue paper mache' method.

After Grandpa helped teach the fine art of shooting plastic mini animals with spit wads. The older cousins got there before us and hid the monkeys and then provided lot of dramatis to make it fun for the littles. we headed to the rain forest  (up the canyon) to hunt for and capture monkeys, we ate lunch, then cooled of on the slip n' slide.
 The hunters slept in the patio with the misters on to make it a rain forest.

The parents were good sports and agreed to hunt for the younger hunters moneys that had escaped! As always, there was a pinata. This year it was a zebra and was a tough one to break!
